Hoda is an established business leader with a proven track record of managing complex and large-scale organizational change. Hoda holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and has completed several advanced management courses with the University of Alberta School of Business. Hoda built began her career with Ceridian Canada and over the course of her 15 year tenure held various senior leadership positions including Vice President, Quality, Vice President, Customer Relationships and Vice President, Customer Loyalty. During her time at Ceridian, Hoda successfully led a multi-year global strategic initiative to streamline organizational structure and responsibilities of customer facing functional areas. Key outcomes achieved from the strategic initiative included increased Customer Net Promoter Scores, increased wallet share of existing clients as well as significant productivity goals within service operations. Hoda joined Intellimedia in 2012 as Partner and COO. Together with the founder, Hoda has contributed to significant growth in company revenues as well as profit margins. In addition to supporting the growth and expansion of existing product lines, Hoda created a new service offering focused on consulting which has generated significant revenue for the business and opportunities to expand services to new and existing clients.
